So here’s a proposal on how I can support you in making the most of the opportunity with the agencies within Pimento, whilst laying some foundations for scaling a broader successful partnership programme.

Pimento Agency Partnerships

In case you don’t like video… it would be great to work with you and I’m confident in the value I could deliver both on this project, and hopefully moving forwards once I prove my worth.

Focusing on the opportunity with Pimento agencies allows a targeted piece of work that fits in with broader strategy. Detailed below is the aspects of each stage of my framework we’d cover within this piece of work:

  • All about understanding who your ideal partners are and what your Partner Value Propositions are. For this piece of work, we would purely focus on looking at the different agency types within the Pimento list and coming up with the unique partner value propositions for each different agency category.

    Get these right and potential partners get excited about talking to you, and then progress on to the next conversations quickly, wanting to get you in front of their clients.

  • For a partnership programme to flourish, and then scale, you need to ensure you have the behind the scenes set up in order. From internal systems, software and personnel, to the structure of your agreements - covering things like how we reward your partners.

    We’ll make sure no stone is left unturned so you can be sure of delivering a consistent level of service to your partners.

    The simple things really do matter, get this wrong and your partners will immediately lose trust, get it right and you’ll have partners for life.

  • Partner Communications. For this piece of work, we'll be focusing on three things.

    First call structure - building on the work in the Discovery section, how to excite partners, but also the key questions for you to ask to understand what to raise in the next step…

    Strategic Planning -  once there's alignment, how to plan & set expectations so the great conversation turns into a great partnership

    Partner Onboarding - the key in building and leveraging the momentum thats been built to ensure action gets taken - and leads get passed

  • A successful partnership doesn’t just happen. You need to help your partners connect their audience to you. Do the heavy lifting, make it easy for them, and you’ll reap the rewards.

    Don’t, and you may well find your partnership experience an underwhelming one.

    We’ll cover a little bit of co-marketing, but the core of this work is going to be what's the hook that make’s an intro to you an easy thing for the agency to offer, and the brand to say yes to. How to we get that first introduction made so the others follow.

    As well as the actual offer we’ll also look at the support needed for the partner & their team - how to position you, the questions to ask their clients, when in their own journey to ask, and how to introduce you. 

    We’ll look at all this and more, including how you can integrate part of your offering into your partners own processes so the lead generation process happens seamlessly and repeatedly.

  • Partner acquisition strategies.

    As we have a list of people from within Pimento this will be around building out any supporting materials and also looking at what the strategy is going to be internally in terms of who's doing what, again, to make sure that those conversations happen as quickly and smoothly as possible.

    We’ll also look at where we maybe able to leverage other known relationships to build on the trust that should already be implied from the Pimento connection.

Costs, Timescales, Sessions, Output

The content above would be delivered over 3 x live 3hr sessions - all of which will high energy, highly interactive, and implementation focussed - not just theory. We’ll map out processes, agree positioning, decide on comms - as much as we can do in session, we will. And all can be delivered in-person at your offices, online, or hybrid with whoever will be involved in implementing the campaign.
 
As well as the direct support you’ll also be provided with a comprehensive framework documents and accompanying worksheets, detailing each aspect of the either the partnership or referral framework. They’ll also be an action roadmap that details each individual action to take, either now or in the future. I provide you with a repeatable, scalable, process you’ll be able to replicate and build upon.

There’ll also be 2 x 1 hr follow up sessions to support implementation - alongside support outside of sessions via phone / email. It really is about making sure you take action on all we work thought, and ultimate get the results you’re looking for.

Cost: £3250 (+VAT).

This is the same rate as my full consultancy programme, pro-rated down for the condensed nature. I’m keen to add value and see where the relationship can grow so hopefully this reflects this.
